Weekend Away programme (first draft)

This is a rough format for the weekend away which we sketched up a the meeting a few weeks ago. John is planning to give 4 talks, three on 1 Cor 1-4 and one on 1 Cor 7.

There was a suggestion to have a Q&A box, one for the boys and one for the girls. At the last session of the weekend we will split in to boys and girls to deal with these questions. So because of that there is no Q&A after the 1 Cor 7 talk. We do some mission focus stuff at the end of this talk because Session 3 is sort application.

James Maurice is going to organise the music for each session.

8:00 Supper with Table Question
9:00 Coffee with introductions and John giving a short into Cross Centered Life talks


Saturday
8:30 Breakfast
9:30 Session 1: Cross talk 1 with Q&A
10:30 Break for Coffee and Cake
11:15 Session 2: Cross talk 2 with Q&A
12:30 Lunch

Afternoon free to do activities or chill

5:30 Session 3: 1 Corinthian 7 singleness/marriage talk (no Q&A)
7:00 Dinner with Carloine from Wylciffe speaking at the end about her time in Chad

Evening Free though some activity planned.

8:30 Breakfast
9:30 Session 4: Cross talk 3
10:30 Coffee and cake
11:15 Q&A we are going to split up girls in one group and guy in the other.
13:00 Lunch
14:00 Clear up and leave
